1a. Outlook Web App: web mail, calendar and out-of-office assistant
For employees using Microsoft Outlook 2010 mail and calendar. Attention: do not use this link in case of non personal mail accounts, Use 1.b instead.

1b Webmail + out-of-office reply
For employees using the old (web) mail, non personal mail accounts and out-of-office reply settings.

1c. Plan-it electronic calendar
For employees using the web version of the Plan-it calendar.
In order to gain access to Plan-It, you will have to click 'yes' or 'ja' on the gray security alert screen shown. You subsequently login to the Erasmus MC intranet via a secured connection (WebVPN) using your micro section number and password. You can then select Plan-It and login to your Plan-It account.

2. Erasmus MC-intranet
In order to gain access to the intranet you merely need to click 'yes' or 'ja' on the gray security alert screen shown.
Notice: in order to gain access to certain protected parts within the intranet site for which you are authorised, please use the Log on button at the bottom of the page.

3. Medical Library
Access to the website of the Medical Library, providing the correct login procedure is followed. Includes access to licensed journals and databases, such as EMbase, PsycINFO, Web-of-Science, Cinahl, Impact Factors).The website of the Medical Library, PubMed and free journal articles are accessible without logging on.

4. Citrix (can only be accessed through a citrix account)
Access to Citrix applications, such as Elpado, using a text message log ID.
