Hora Est
Introduction of a new administration module at the start of the Doctoral Degree (PhD) Procedure.
The Graduate school has taken the initiative for a new program "Hora Est".
This program should facilitate the administrative procedures involved in the PhD trajectory. Every (new) PhD applicant must login by clicking the button "New PhD applicant" and will subsequently receive an e-mail with personal user_id and password. The requested data can then be entered.
Please find below an example of this form. The other forms (forms 2-4) must be filled in at a later stage, at the end of the PhD program, (just) prior to the thesis defense date.
