Demonstration of the flexibility of the time lapse macro. At one location 2 different scans in time. Low zoom scan every 15 min. Part in the red square zoomed in and scanned every 3 min. Original scans 512x512, 4 planes 10/50 time points, max. projection. For demonstration purpose the laser power was high to bleach the cells in the selected area. In the zoomed in area you see a dividing cell. The cells were kindly provided by Jeroen Essers and were transfected by Evert-Jan Uringa.
