Pathologie laboratorium
This is a smaller self-providing pathology laboratory that services the
specialised Daniel den Hoed cancer clinic, one of the two cancer clinics in
the Netherlands. In a very dedicated working environment, secretarial
staff, technicians, resident and pathologists collaborate to provide expert
support for the treatment of patients with advanced and/or rare forms of
cancer. At the level of the laboratory, histology, immunohistochemistry,
cytology, and plastic histochemistry are combined by the employment of
broad-skilled technicians.
