Protocol for the request of a small selection (< 5) of frozen tissue samples
Ask the requested tissue from one of the Members of the Tissue Bank Committee:
- Head Erasmus MC tissue bank
- Specialized pathologist responsible for the tissue group
- Research specialist(s) responsible for the tissue group.
Contact the Head of the Erasmus MC Tissue Bank.
Fill out a questionnaire
- Personal details
- Experimental details
- Which tissues and how much of those tissues are required
The storage specifics of the requested tissues in the Erasmus MC frozen Tissue Bank will be given upon a positive evaluation and if the application complies with the rules and regulations involved in scientific research with patient material.
A standard transfer agreement has to be signed by both supplying and receiving parties.
