The Education Center (in Dutch Onderwijscentrum, acronym: OWC) is the centerpiece of Erasmus MC's Faculty of Medicine. It provides space for education and self-study for more than 6,000 students from the programs in Medicine, Clinical Technology, Nanobiology, Research Masters, PhD, Erasmus MC Academy, and Skills lab and Simulation.
The centerpiece of the Education Center, the education plaza, offers more than 400 study spaces. Students can study here and use various ICT facilities. The education plaza is surrounded by 40 colloquium and lecture halls.
