Cancelling an appointment
Do you wish to cancel your appointment? You must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel your appointment in time, you will be billed € 43.30 per outpatient appointment.
This rate was set by the NZa (the Dutch Healthcare Authority). These costs will not be covered by your health insurer.
Change your appointment in time
Ensure you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment. We can then schedule a new appointment for you right away. In addition, the appointment can be offered to another patient, which helps us to keep waiting lists as short as possible.
Making an objection
If you have received a bill for a no show and you do not agree with this, you can make an objection. The bill will include an attachment explaining the procedure for objecting. You can also fill out the online objection form, stating clearly the reasons for your objection. We will let you know as soon as possible whether your objection has been accepted.
