M. (Maryam) Hussain

I performed my Master’s thesis project at the department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and neck surgery of the Erasmus MC and graduated as a Technical Physician in November 2024. During this project I developed a strong interest in patients with hearing loss driven by the combination of medical, technical and social aspects. From 1 February 2025 I started as a PhD candidate. During my PhD, I will focus on optimizing the cochlear implant process for adults.
