J.W. (Jelle) Meerstra, PhD Student

Jelle Meerstra studied Educational Sciences at the University of Groningen. After working as an educational consultant and coordinator for the Master's Medical Program at Erasmus MC since 2021, he began a PhD candidacy within iMERR in 2024, combining education and research.

His current research focuses on assessment in clerkships and explores programmatic assessment’s impact on learning and wellbeing in the clinical setting.
