My research focuses on the selection procedures for medical school, with particular attention to inclusivity and equal opportunity. We examine how different selection methods affect the diversity of admitted students, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds. The aim is to contribute to a fair and effective selection process that supports a diverse future healthcare workforce and is aligned with societal healthcare needs.

Selection procedures in medical school

I have done a bachelor in Biology in Groningen, followed by a research master Health Science at Erasmus MC. Here I mainly focused on medical psychology and public health.
