About L. (Laurens) Schols, MD, PhD Student

Introduction

Laurens is an emergency physician since 2023. He combines his work in the hospital with an employment as pilot with a legacy airline since 2005. Creating a “just culture” in hospitals, similar to the safety culture in aviation is one of his great passions.
