About D. (Dario) Cecilio-Fernandes, PhD
Introduction
Dario is a psychologist with broad experience in educational research, intervention, and assessment. He obtained a master's degree in psychology at Universidade São Francisco and his PhD at the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG), University of Groningen (2018). Dario’s research focuses on understanding students’ cognitive processes during learning and assessment, using a range of research designs, from experimental to observational methods. He has been investigating the interplay between physiological measurements, self-reported instruments and performance in different (clinical) tasks. A growing interest has been in implementing the best evidence of educational research in practice.
