About C.D. (Christophe) Debuy, PhD Student
Introduction
My research focuses on genetic diagnostics, where I investigate and optimize various techniques for the detection and interpretation of genetic variants. For this, we use whole genome sequencing, RNA-sequencing and other diagnostic-based tools. Part of the translational diagnostics, is to use the knowledge of the non-coding genome in variant interpretation and detection. The aim is to improve diagnostic accuracy, efficiency and ultimately contribute to better patient care.
