About G. Geeven, PhD
Introduction
I have MSc degrees in Mathematics with Life Sciences and Bioinformatics, and for my PhD thesis I worked on modeling the gene network underlying neuronal outgrowth (gene expression - TFs). I have worked 10 years as a postdoc / researcher in the lab of Prof. De Laat at the Hubrecht Institute, working on analysis of 4C, Hi-C, ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq and GWAS data. Currently working at the department of Clinical Genetics on analysis of WGS, RNA-Seq, WES and NIPT data.
