About E.J. (Elise) Huisman, PhD Student
Introduction
As a pediatric hematologist I work in the field of blood diseases. In this field I have a special interest for platelets and platelet dysfunction. Also, my focus is in tranfusional medicine. I work with my colleagues of the hematology department, the blood transfusion department of the Erasmus, and Sanquin. Together we aim to improve pediatric transfusions.
