About

Introduction

My PhD project concerns the multi-omics data integration of non-coding regulatory elements involved in brain development. As a bioinformatician, I also closely collaborate with my colleagues in the lab, and analyze various next-generation sequencing data. These activities, together with ongoing experimental approaches in our lab, will characterize the role of enhancers in neurodevelopmental disorders and will enable a new functional-based approach in clinical genetics diagnostics.

Education and career

PhD. Animal Genetics and Biotechnology at the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Thesis: “Epitope prediction and antigenicity evaluation of Brucella melitensis Omp31 and Omp25 antigens”.
