About I.M.B.H. (Ingrid) van de Laar, MD, PhD

Introduction

I am a clinical geneticist at Erasmus MC, where I enjoy combining patient care with research. Questions that arise in my outpatient clinic often inspire research projects aimed at finding answers for individuals and families with genetic disorders. Through this research, I strive to better understand the underlying mechanisms of these conditions and to contribute to the development of new strategies for therapeutic interventions.
