You can use the Patient Service Center to:
- Ask questions about your digital healthcare such as My Erasmus MC
- Help you complete a health questionnaire
- Print and scan documents
- Get information about filing a complaint, our hospital services, or accessing your medical records or getting a copy of your records
- Report damaged or lost personal possessions
- Praise our services or give us suggestions for improvement
- Contact your attending physician for any medical questions related to your records. If you have a question or remark about your appointment, then you should call the relevant outpatient clinic.

The Patient Service Center is located near the Reception Desk at the main entrance.
