Medical questions

For medical questions, contact your care provider directly.

Contact your doctor

Contact with your doctor always takes place through the appropriate secretariat. You can send a question to (the secretariat) of your doctor via the profile page of your doctor.
Doctors with their own page can be found through the doctors overview page (Dutch only).

You can contact the spiritual counselors by calling the Psychosocial Care unit for adults and liaison psychiatry on weekdays between 8am and 4:30pm at (010) 703 46 16 or (010) 704 17 52.

Making an appointment

You will need a referral letter from your GP or medical specialist. Without this referral letter the appointment cannot take place. You may otherwise run the risk of your health insurer not reimbursing the costs.

Please have the following details on hand when making or changing an appointment:

Date of birth
Patient number (if you have one)
Specialization and specialist
Your health insurance registration number
Your address details
Your GP’s details

Are you unable to come to your appointment?

Please call us to cancel your appointment as soon as possible. Your appointment can then be offered to another patient. If you do not cancel your appointment in time we may have to bill you for your appointment.

Changing your personal details

Please inform us by email of any changes to your personal details such as your address, your GP, or your insurance. Send the email to: patientenregistratie@erasmusmc.nl.
