'Delta variant increasing, including in Rotterdam region'

July 1, 2021 The delta variant of the coronavirus is more prevalent in the Rotterdam region than in other parts of the country. That's what virologist Marion Koopmans of Erasmus MC in Rotterdam said on Tuesday morning on Radio Rijnmond. "We expect that to continue, so it's important that the basic measures remain in place."
